Hey, man! I got you!

I don't think I'd want to buy that incase video game journalists think I'm a nerd, and call me a virgin, n' stuff.

Now here's a game that could use one of those opinion pieces.

Sorry to be abrupt, but did you actually read my comment?

So how long until an article about Shulk's 'skimpy' costume, and how it devalues him as a character? Serious question.

'They're not obliged to make the opposing sides points' for them; why would you expect a liberal to argue for a conservatives' point of view?'

Hahaha, I can see why you read it that way!

Based on what though? I'd like to see an argument where the 'social justice' (it's in inverted commas because it's not necessarily social justice just because it's labeled that way) is proven. I mean if it's so clear cut, why can't there be more debate on it?

First of all, your English is pretty much perfect, and thanks for the compliment.

Haha, I can see why you're only giving me one reply! Quite a few false assumptions in there.

Hahahaha.

Hey, thanks very much! You know, I actually love opinion articles (even although I disagree with quite a few of them!!), I just would like a wider array, you know?

You know, I'll certainly check them out. I've avoided watching YouTube analyses of Anita's videos, because I've been told they're too often personally abusive.

I mainly read Kotaku and Polygon, sometimes a few other smaller sites. Most of the journalism revolves around women's issues. An example I give in my post is when Polygon reported on gameplay footage of MGS V with 'antiquated view of women' in the headline! That's straight up opinion (which I'm fine with - kinda weird

Oh. Well I do read a lot of it, and let me tell you! It's not exactly ripe for thought provoking discussion. You're probably better off just playing games!

So to be clear, you actually agree with my original comments? That there should be a more diverse range of opinion in gaming journalism?

Nah. I think it needs to be about everybody now, and include everybody. See! Just a little difference of opinion. I actually think it'd be really cool to see two gaming journalists, like, posit those two positions in a blog conversation (like they do in The Guardian sometimes). Like:

Oh. Sorry. No, no. I didn't mean to mislead you. My argument is being taken seriously. Just not by hardcore opponents who will clearly never consider any point of view other than their own, and simply resort to attacking the person's character as a means to avoid really considering the matter. But I'm okay with that.

Well the problem is, they find fault with the character they make up whilst avoiding my actual argument.

You're the third person to argue against me, and the third person to attack character. Why is that, do you think?
