I think the article is more directed at folks like my wife who consider a minor bout of untidiness as an abject failure. Obviously clean your house for guests out of courtesy. Obviously people have different definitions of cleanliness.

Most fraud protection measures are so sophisticated these days, the signature on the back really is a last resort, CYA sort of protection.
It does. Awesome, thanks!
Well, that'd definitely be a direct way to get that gut flora in there.
We're talking breast milk, man. The line between mother's nipple and babies gut is pretty short. And they get most of that initial gut flora via stimulation of the immune system provided by colostrum.
I didn't try it. I mean, I found myself asking, "So, is it, like, a little ptew ptew, directly into the mouth? Do I really work up a huge glob of it?"
Yeah, but it's ok, because they're ones.
Yup. Your partner. It's not easy, but I had to do it.
The lesson is clear: Many people think of pregnancy (and giving birth, as well as raising a child) a public matter. To counter rude comments and advice, you could tell strangers who want to rub your belly (like you're a good luck charm) that you're afraid morning sickness is about to take over. Respond to unsolicited…
You probably already know "What to Expect When You're Expecting." Maybe your female friends and relatives can't stop giving you advice. Maybe you've been pregnant more than once. Regardless, there are some things we don't discuss very readily when it comes to pregnancy. It's time to spill the beans. What to Expect…
That's my favorite thing on the app's page: "Features: + Sleep detection" Oh, is that what it features?!
Whatever floats your boat, fella. You're not "refuting" anything. Either you're purposefully misrepresenting my statements—-in which case, strawman—-or you're just misunderstanding me. Either way, I don't really have the patience to continue this conversation.
I didn't say rising labor costs don't matter. I said that rising labor costs aren't the reason you automate. Reducing your operating margin is why you attempt automation. As the owner of a large company, you do that whenever and wherever you can, the fluctuating cost of labor notwithstanding.
I didn't say that automation has nothing to do with labor costs. Maybe the distinction is subtle, but it's there: I said that automation isn't the result of rising labor costs.
What's "it" in the sentence you just wrote?
Awesome. Thanks, guys.
This is super off topic for the article we're on, and I just made an offhanded comment about the cable thing so, Thorin, please feel free to straight up delete this post and any related to it.
I'm 100% correct, but that's ok. Automation doesn't happen because labor is expensive. Automation happens because cutting your operating margin is the cheapest way, by orders of magnitude, to increase profit. It's cheaper than innovation, cheaper than M&A, cheaper than vertical or horizontal expansion.
Hmm. Seems their software has been removed from whoever was hosting the download.
Buddy, automation is a product of an increasingly technically oriented society, not a product of rising wages.
