On most highways, you'll have to go 20 km/h over the limit to get pulled over. +15 over is when the penalty moves from money only to money and points, so few police bother to pull anyone over unless they get points too. In town, you can pretty safely go 10 km/h over.

Technically they do here too, but normally that only happens if the police want a reason to pull you over for other suspected stuff.

looks like a divided arterial to me. is 30mph really the correct speed limit for that?

reminds me a bit of Memorial Drive in Boston. I think the speed limit is 45. everyone does 70.

In the video he points out the parts. There are 'A' and 'B' pillars and the roof that are Mustang from that era. That's about it.

He also says a bit later in the video. "This car is an engine and transmission with some other stuff around it."

OK watched the thing. The roof is actual Mustang. Not a thing else. So now I know.
