I can't imagine the game looking any better on pc. But whatever upgrades they introduce would be nice if they were free. I'm sure that won't be the case.

Original Doom really didn't have amazing multiplayer, it was just amazing to see gaming over the Internet. On the other side Quake really didn't have amazing single player. I think they can coexist

Yeah I'm sure it won't look that good on my Xbox one.

Interesting. I still have my free copy of Fable 2 when they had a similar bug years ago.

Fair point. It will be interesting to see if companies upgrade their existing games.

By chance I sat next to Kurkjian at an Orioles games about 10+ years ago (been to a lot of Oriole games so can’t remember exact date) They weren’t even great seats and I was surprised to see him sitting right next to me. I even asked him “hey are you Tim Kurkjian?”. He was super nice and didn’t mind chatting about

Nah. The games will absolutely look better on 4.5. The design docs even said games had to be higher or better frames and at least native 1080p. Even if they threw out the exact same textures and resolutions as the 4 version they are guaranteed to have at least better framerates. There is no way Fallout 4 on NEO is

Ugh. So Sony and Xbox are stuck in this “well we have something much better coming but we don’t want to talk about it because that will destroy our current console sales” loop now. I’m glad I read video game news daily, but for those that don’t (who end up buying either an Xbox One or PS4 this year) are in for a big

I can’t help but think of resolutions when I see these names. Nvidia 1080 vs. Radeon 480? I always think 1080p vs. 480p. Not a good comparison.

I always assumed that giant lego creations were glued together once finished or something? Not sure where I got that idea.

This is an awesome deal but I would still be wary of buying either console right now, particularly with the rumors of how powerful the new iterations are going to be.

Awesome. Thanks for the info!

Ah. That’s where I’ve seen it. Does the $20 on console give you anything extra from the PC release then?

Isn’t Overwatch $40 as well?

I’m not going to even pretend to understand the rules listed above. I say they just make the all-star race a 500 mile “Cannonball Run” type race from Charlotte to Daytona.

Wow. This game is surprisingly not terrible looking. I probably would have purchased the crap out of this game. Heck, I think I even used to pre-order back in that day.

Whoa let’s slow it down a bit. I wasn’t trying to start an argument here. I actually agree with you on driveclub and LBP3 and I got 1886 during the last sale but haven’t played it yet.

I guess I’m thinking of the consensus from Giant Bomb and Kotaku podcasts that I’ve listened to. They have each typically mentioned Xbox as the best first party platform. Personally I loved Bloodborne and Uncharted 4 and I’ve heard great things about Until Dawn so I’m starting to have my doubts about that assumption.

Yeah I absolutely remember the e3 demo. I’m not sad to have my Xbox One, it’s a great system, but between this and Fable Legends it seems as though a few of their big highlighted games were huge duds. The same could be said for my PS4 of course. I guess the lesson is to take everything you see at the big press

This game came out? I thought it got cancelled a long time ago. The general consensus is that MS has better 1st party games this generation but the last few months have not been kind to them. I’m wondering if Uncharted 4 is the beginning of Sony getting back on track after DriveClub, 1886, LBP3.
