Well I'll still certainly play it at some point. I typically wait 6 months on AC games so they can get patched up and cheap. But a statement like this from a company two days after release certainly indicates that it's more than just a few people having issues.

Wow. What a bungled launch. Is this just the way things are now with games? Watchdogs, Destiny, AC: Unity. This has to be one of the most disappointing years for AAA games in a long time. Are they all just rushed? What is going on?

The first AC game I didn't 100% was AC3. For some reason it just all came to a head when the choices between what I could do next became so divergent. There was literally a moment where I was asking myself "Do I want to play bocci ball with this farmer or help WIN THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION". That is the moment I

If Ubi insists on releasing one of these games each year, I just don't understand why they didn't just release Rogue on both generations like they did ACIV. That could have given them more time to optimize Unity and release it in all it's glory next year.

I get to watch the new cutscenes without having to play Halo 2's crappy campaign again? Sign me up!

Any word on that day one AC: Unity patch that bumps the PS4 version to 1080p? ;)

Yeah I'm just going to wait for the PS4 version.

I waited. My backlog was too big at the time and I always figured they would re-release on PS4/X1 generation. My patience paid off!

So was the picture up top an example of them "doing better"? It still shows a woman's bare butt. Not sure how this is progress.

So how does Share Play work on other games? Has anybody tried it out? I'm thinking Diablo 3 might be a great candidate for some co-op with friends that don't own it. Is that possible?

It's great isn't it? When you don't buy a console on day one it's so fun to see all the great deals pour in. Some of these X1 deals are getting absolutely awesome this year.

I'm so glad I waited. I always had the suspicion that they would release it on next gen and PC. It was hard not to get it for 360, but I'll enjoy it on my PS4 in it's full glory!

I haven't played CoD since MW2, but this one is tempting me to come back.

So what exactly does Rest Mode get you again? The PS4 can't do remote play or download it's own games and updates without it right?

Crap! My console is in Rest Mode RIGHT NOW! Am I completely screwed?

Thank you for mentioning this! I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought it was super awkward. Did Chevy have some kind of contest for this? They said he is some kind of local manager so I assume this guy is just some regular guy from a dealership in Kansas. He looked so nervous. I just felt sorry for him and

Yeah, maybe some 12 Monkeys kind of stuff going on with the time jumping. That is perfectly plausible in the animus. Maybe the system is bugging out or something and it just jumps you through time. If any game could make that work within the confines of their fiction it is AC.

Yeah it would have been much more mindblowing that way.

Darn. I would have rather have been surprised by this in game. The title didn't really give me a choice though. I personally love the AC lore so I'm excited to see how this jump happens. How incredible would it be to explore Paris in the late 1700s AND 1940's? If they are able to pull that off I'll be super

It's something you could do in real life as well. I wouldn't recommend it though.
