Don't forget farts.

Thank goodness for the mute button.

Well I didn't really like the 13 year old sensibility of Borderlands. I would welcome a more serious sci-fi universe that isn't full of tired stereotypes and poop and fart jokes.

What was this Halo surprise? I didn't see anything that wasn't previously leaked/announced.

Anybody else thrown off by those little segments from comedians during the Xbox conference? The one in particular that bummed me out was the two comedians who said their perfect game would be "Batman open world and combat with the Ninja Turtles." I was all set thinking "Holy crap that is Rocksteady's next game!"

So now I have to buy this game to watch Halo Nightfall? That sucks. For some reason I thought it would be available to all Xbox Live subscribers. I already own all 4 of these games (and Halo Anniversary). I'm not buying them again.

Nice! I guess I made the (false) assumption that they would bring out their biggest announcements during their main press event.

What now? What is this Halo surprise you speak of?

Wow. A lot of pre-rendered CGI in this press conference. I was hoping for more actual game footage. Thought Halo 5 at least would have some in game footage. CGI trailers for video games do absolutely nothing for me anymore. Show me gameplay or don't bother. Hope EA, Ubi and Sony have more gameplay to show.

Thanks for the insight. Those are great points.

Well this generation that may the case, but the Wii motion controls were a pretty fresh idea, and they struck gold with them.

I have to admit that I've complained just as much as everybody else about Nintendo and their mistakes with the Wii U. But things like this make me remember that they are one of the good guys in this industry. Thank you Nintendo!

I had a lot of fun with BF3 and I'm saving for a PS4 to buy for Christmas this year. If I buy BF3 in December what are the chances I'll get a completely fixed game?

I think the game should stand on its own without the need for additional sources. Halo 4 itself was not a well told story in my opinion and did not seem to fit as a Halo game. I think the story I cared about was completed with Reach.

Man those were the days weren't they? Vanilla WoW was so fun and crazy. For a brief time my lvl 60 mage had beaten every major dungeon in the game. It was glorious. I remember standing on Nefarian's corpse years ago thinking that I had beaten World of Warcraft. That was the hardest challenge in the game at that

I hear you on the character creation stress. It took me an hour to make my Oblivion character. That being said, when I got to Skyrim I just went with a template. It was so liberating to just let that part of the game go! Besides, who cares what my lizard thief looks like? He is a frickin lizard thief.

Question about Souls games: I have Demon Souls from PS+ that I still haven't played, and now XBL is giving me Dark Souls to play for free as well. Is it suggested that I play Demon's Souls first or should I just skip it and jump to Dark Souls? Thanks for the help!

If MS does indeed allow developers to optimize games for kinect-less Xbox Ones then all hell is going to break lose. Talk about completely screwing over your early adopters.

I know the MS is doing this to gain popularity but it really has the opposite effect for me. This now allows me to ditch Xbox Live and keep my 360 as a streaming device. I can buy a PS4 without having to worry about maintaining a Live account for my second TV (which I use the 360 on). Combine that with the fact

I'm just happy he went to the Browns so he can fade into mediocrity and we don't have to hear about him anymore 5 years from now.
