Julia's son was also not in it. Victory #2.

Look, I totally agree that someone who consistently treats service workers poorly is not a good person. But everyone is human, and I think people are entitled to occasionally make mistakes without being labeled as terrible creatures.

Yeah, a local shop by me does that, too. I've taken my dog out for ice cream on hot summer days. She's in heaven.

So then what is and isn't okay for people to feed their dogs? Nobody's taking food out of starving children's hands and giving it to dogs; it's an ice cream truck, people are buying ice cream (thus keeping those who sell it employed), which is a food product, and feeding it to living creatures.

You are not the only one.

We respect the troops so much, we spend billions of dollars to send them off to get killed! Troops! Troops! Troops!

To me, it seems really inconsiderate to the person being surprised. I wouldn't want such a private, emotional moment broadcast for the world to see. I think it's really terrible when people film children being surprised by a parent coming home. Those poor kids are overwhelmed and don't deserve to be filmed.

What is with everyone thinking vegetarians only eat tofu? I'm a vegetarian and eat tofu occasionally, but geez, it's hardly all I eat. I love whole grains, beans, veggies (where do you think the herbivorous animals we eat get their protein?), dairy products, and eggs - all excellent (and cheap!) sources of protein.

But tofu (and products like it) is hardly the only source of protein. Whole grains are packed with protein. Veggies have protein (where do you think the herbivorous animals we eat get their protein from?). Beans have protein. Milk, cheese, and yogurt are excellent sources of protein. Nuts have protein.

Until very recently, midwives who attended home births in Indiana were in danger of being arrested for practicing without a medical license. Just a few days ago, a bill was signed into law that recognizes midwifery licensure and allows qualified midwives to practice without fear of legal retribution. Many states are

I once had an ingrown toenail that became infected and then broke off and had to be surgically removed. When I tried to leave, my toe was so swollen that I couldn't get out the narrow door. Will no one think of the people with feet?

Agreed. That cut would also be flattering on a variety of bodies.

The gays have aids for their agenda.

That makes this party even sadder. It seems that these girls (yes, girls, not women, as they behaved like children) went out of their way to be insensitive in light of all the activism and awareness around them.

SHOT ONE

She's never talked about vet school before, but the first time she really got involved at work was when the animal shelter closed and she took the lead on an animal adoption drive. She adores Champion and has said she likes animals more than people, so it's not surprising that she'd want to spend her day surrounded by

Is that why he's vegan?

As a Christian, I strongly encourage this. The rampant consumerism and familial expectations that surround Christmas give me a December-long headache every year.

I think you would have a really unprotected and potentially unsafe time if you did that, as the condom-on-condom friction would increase the likelihood of tearing. Please, nobody do this.

You can always take a friend with you! Have a friend face your head and hold your hand, and it will be over before you know it. It's a little uncomfortable but not painful, and when it's done, you'll feel good about taking care of yourself.
