They should have just showed the sheep riding bit and then smash-cut to the URL for the campaign. Instant 500% funding.

It’s been said before, but I’ll say it again: the game should have launched in early access, for a much lower price.

The Switch’s lineup seems to be getting stronger and stronger by the day. I don’t know if these indie devs are attracted to the console or if Nintendo is going out and making deals to entice them (the number of console first or console exclusives announced makes me suspect the latter), but whatever they’re doing is

It would be super lame if the culmination of Dany’s character arc is dying so Jon Snow can be the hero.

I took that comment as just being a joke (or the closest thing to one that post-Raven Bran is capable of).

I think at this point he’s pretty much assumed the wall is a lost cause, which actually makes some sense—the thing is huge and would be impossible to defend along its entire length, especially with winter closing in and supplies stretching thin.

I’m guessing the Night King’s original plan was to just assault the wall with huge numbers and hope it would be enough to overwhelm the defenders, but the acquisition of a dragon will no doubt change that.

I’d like to congratulate Lego on making a product for girls with more thought put into it than “they like horses and the colour pink, right?”.

I’m not seeing what’s so bad about this. The only thing that stands out is Ryo’s flat facial expression, and if I remember from the earlier games, the dude doesn’t exactly have a lot of emotional range (which is a problem, but not a graphical one).

Fear Effect Reinvented is coming to PS4, Xbox One, Switch

You have to imagine that after all this time, feelings have cooled a bit.

I’m not wild on the new character design. The previous series gave Kino a very androgynous look, which is fitting for the character, whereas she seems very moe here.

I’m guessing this is just an adaptation of more of the novels. Apart from some facts about Kino’s past*, the series has basically no ongoing story.

That’s why it took two one year.

It’s a small development team.

There’s a few problems with that. The first is that much of the population is basically hovering on the brink of famine, and has been for a long time; just surviving day to day in those conditions is hard enough, let alone planning and staging a coup.

At this point they should just put out an artbook of that sweet concept art and call it a day.

...What is that image actually from? Because even without the racist bullshit pasted on top, it still totally looks like a mother drowning her daughter.

Patches are free, and I’ve never encountered a game that required DLC to “work.”

I’d love to live in one of these on my own, but I can’t imagine sharing it with a single other person, let alone a family.
