I’ve never understood these attitudes. I remember people flipping their shit when it was announced that Resident Evil was coming to the PS2 after the Gamecube release, and I couldn’t get a sensible reason for why people were so mad. It really did seem like they just wanted the game exclusive so they could use it for

Presenting a scenario where ISIS are invading Europe (just in case you weren’t aware: ISIS isn’t going to invade Europe) feels as stupid and alarmist as Homefront’s nationalistic torture-porn North Korean invasion scenario.

I thought for sure we’d have seen some actual gameplay of Dishonored 2 by now, but maybe they’re saving it for the conference.

Was this supposed to not be obvious? I just assumed the guys with bandages were meant to be lepers who Lady Eboshi had employed.

The idea of a bunch of unrelated indie devs hiding some sort of puzzle in their games is super cool. Interested to know where this leads.

I’m definitely on the side of the biker here. Cops shouldn’t be allowed to attack people for no reason. This guy turned what seems like a fairly routine matter into a violent altercation.

That wasn’t sarcasm, I was being completely serious.

...what? I was serious. I love games like this and I think it’s cool there’s a market for them.

Really want to play this, but I’ll probably be going for other selections among the tidal wave of games coming out at the moment (Firewatch, Oxenfree, Tomb Raider) before I get to it.

Between this and Life is Strange it seems that the nascent Teen Conversation Simulator genre is on the rise. I’m glad we have an industry that can support both it and the humble Walking Simulator.

My only word of caution is that if you haven’t gotten seriously into city builders in the past, some of the mechanics in this (traffic in particular) might trip you up. Consult some guides and be prepared for a learning curve

This looks like something I want to keep an eye on as it progresses. Interesting idea.

This is one of those early access games I’m keeping a very close eye on. As soon as it reaches full release status I’m buying it.

Man, I remember this episode. It’s one of maybe three episodes of the X-Files I’ve ever seen, and it is glorious.

I’d give $50 million each to Fullbright And The Chinese Room and tell them to go nuts.

Red that continued to make appearances later on in a very startling sort of way, at least until I’d remembered what I’d eaten earlier.

Maybe I was just too young to think about it, but I never thought the ending as ambiguous. To me it seemed clear that the meteor was successfully repelled. I interpreted the post-credits scene as an indication that Shinra’s destructive use of the planet’s life force had ended, causing the decay of all that had been

Sweet, I assumed this was totally canned after Majesco ran into rough waters.

Apparently there’s a lot of that in the comics.

You figure some of those out way faster than I would have.
