I found the practice tests you get very helpful for learning how the timing and test rules will work. I found everything fairly easy, although I got a 3.5 on the writing and don't know how. I think it's changed since I took it, but they should still offer practice tests. Best of luck to you. :)

I'm only 23 and I feel the same way. But I'm a second year student in a PhD program... :/

My grandmother had my mom when she was 39 (all of her attempts before then were either miscarried or stillborn :/), and my mom had me when she was 30. My grandmother and grandfather both were still very actively involved with my childhood, teaching me to read at a young age while my parents were out at work teaching.

Most of my bullies... I didn't know who they were. I was always at large-ish schools (2,500ish for high school, etc.) and it was never the kids who actually had classes with me who would bully me, and it's not like they bothered to tell me their names. But girls would follow me after school and tell me I need to tan

I understand inviting people to the wedding who you're not particularly close to but don't want to exclude them... but bridesmaids are meant to be those three sisters-in-law, your niece, your cousin, and your best friend. How many guests did she have? o.O

I'm eating a can of southwest vegetable soup for dinner and playing Crusader Kings 2. I just established the Empire of Francia in 1116. Woo! This was following the fairly long reigns of two awesome queen characters I had, both geniuses and brilliant at tactics. The first ruled for 34 years, then her daughter ruled for

They are all awesome. Two of them are my brothers and one is our homeless best friend who slept on our floor for a year. I wish I was rich so I could just hire him to be my bodyguard/announcer.

My Dad and I made a choreographed dance to Hip to Be Square, since it's a special song between us and it's my ringtone for when he calls me. My brother (the best man) sang Can you feel the love tonight? as his toast and the other groomsmen joined in on the verse Timon and Pumba sing at the end.

I saw a little girl at the car dealership today running in wedges. She tripped and fell pretty hard on the ground. Her mom checked that she was okay and then told her she can't run if she's wearing heels. I feel like if you're too young to know that it's not safe to run while wearing them, you probably aren't old

I had a registry. We ended up getting plenty of checks anyway, in addition to 3 vacuum cleaners, 6 slow cookers, and 3 George Foreman grills. We were able to return the extras for in-store credit as a gift card, so it's still effectively money to buy whatever we want. We're starting our thank you cards tonight and

It's probably a factor. Also a factor is how much our schools vary even on a county level, but especially between states. My husband was never challenged at all in high school or earlier and the programs for advanced students in his rural county didn't help at all. I went to a suburban high school known as the best in

My mom had twins two years after having me. To this day, my only memory of my first trip to DC is, "I was in a pink stroller". I can navigate fine, if by navigate you mean "get lost a lot but be decent at dealing with being lost and finding my way". I have no sense of direction, though.

It's not a "formula", just set up an equation with two variables (I did X for girls and Y for boys because Y chromosome :P) No calculator should be necessary, either.

Same. My cat is my baby. She's 11 years old and I've had her since I was 12. My mom calls herself the cat's grandmother and isn't joking. I don't know what I'd do if I was allergic. My husband loves my baby, too, although she's leery of him sometimes because he'll do all the stuff like give her baths when she gets

They actually made me take "8th grade advanced math", so pre-algebra, in 7th grade because they "weren't allowed" to let a 7th grader take algebra. Never mind that I had already taken pre-algebra in 6th grade and excelled at it... I was bored out of my mind.

I haven't gotten results back yet, so I'll be sure to post about when I do!

My husband and I ordered DNA tests from 23andme and got them today. I'm excited for the results and so fascinated by all of that. Can't believe all that information is down to $99, and I think it was someone on either Jezebel or Gawker who told me about it. Looking through the site and taking all the surveys has been

Reposting this from Saturday Night Social because I think I posted it too late for anyone to see it...

Wedding was awesome! Honeymoon was awesome!
Flight back? Not so much.

It's supposed to be a deformity from birth, not a scar, so it's even worse if they made it just a scar...
