Probably not. The Infiniti QX is based on the Patrol platform, which is not available in the U.S. The former QX (2004-2010) and the Armada shared the same platform. The new Pathfinder is a smaller unibody platform (same as Murano, Maxima, etc).
The third row seat of the Armada seats 3 (vs. the Pathfinder's 2), so equipped with a second row bench seat, the Armada seats 8.
