1983-1989 Mistubishi Starion/Chrysler Conquest: RWD, IRS and almost all were made with 5 speed manual transmissions. They are solidly built (Group B Rally, anyone?), and sell for around $3-4K for a driver. Also, every owner seems to own a parts car as well, so parts are pretty plentiful.
