Does he have to pay any money? From a brief scan of the court documents it looks like he only has to pay if he violates the agreement.

Apparently nobody responding to your comment watched till the end of the video when the guy chasing it successfully boards the tractor about a second before it doesn't matter.
Don't worry, I saw someone on a cellphone drive their BMW straight into a heavy street lamp this afternoon. Low speed, not enough to deploy the airbags, but enough to cause a 1 foot divot in the left headlight/bumper. Said street lamp is at about an 80 degree angle now.
Thing is the guy that was chasing it around for three laps does successfully get in; 1 second before the tractor stops itself.
Love how by the time the guy in the work overalls works up the courage to get in, the tractor stops itself. Also poor kid and that tree. They had good times.
Very interesting.
The top 20 floors will be rented out by corporations just for the sheer status of it all. The bottom 100 floors might contain apartments and other businesses. Most likely it'll have to be somewhat self sufficient and include everything from grocery stores to doctors offices. Everything in-between will go uninhabited…
When I started playing WoW I was listening to a lot of ska. Everquest was a little bit of ridiculous metal like Dragonforce and Nightwish, and some late nineties alternative. I don't usually listen to music while I game unless it is an MMO so those are the only two games that come to mind when listening to music.
Why is he a pile of weed? Wait ... oh OH!
The problem is more that the company that designed and built them exists only by name. They also didn't keep very good records on the actual blueprints. So reviving the program to build a 35 year old design would be both expensive and impractical.
They require a good bit of maintenance. Especially since their primary weapon rattles the entire plane when fired. In fact they are putting whole new wings one them now: [www.af.mil]
They've got them on Hulu too. There's about 70 with Hulu+, not sure how many without the subscription. Watched one of Hans' talks last night.
Such an unlikely yet brilliant speaker.
In case you doubt the Daily Mail here's the same article on MSNBC: [www.msnbc.msn.com]
And that little pointer takes up a whole lot less space than your big honkin finger/hands.
iPads, and the category of gadgets they inhabit, are almost a victim of their success. Apple needed to keep the price reasonable in order to market this new genre of devices. That has worked tremendously well, but has also held back the advancement of iPad like devices. Now everyone has to have a $600 "slate" just…
10 years? Mouse and Keyboard. I'm a software developer.
I'm planning on going on a PC gaming rampage next fall with the new enthusiast Intel CPUs and both Skyrim and BC3 coming out. It's good to see that Crysis 2 has a good campaign, so it'll be worth picking up; who plays Crysis for the multiplayer anyway? By then they'll hopefully have the DX11 patch out and I'll have…
Good to see that they are putting this kind of effort in so close after release. Usually you get an MMO release and then nothing from the developers but bug fixes for six months. I stopped playing after getting burnt out on quests, but then realized I don't have to do any of them to level. So I've been playing it…
Haven't they ever heard of the buddy system?
