I believe it. If I had to guess the reason why we remember certain false memories is primarily because of dreams. Generally when we're younger we sleep more regularly and on a better schedule, so we dream more. We also occasionally have an extremely vivid dream and we later on think it was real.

@Zcorpion: The Spongebob one is called "Squidward's Suicide" I think it's a little newer so that might be why you haven't heard of it.

I've read 3 previous stories extremely similar to this, only dealing with lost episodes of Spongebob and the Simpsons, and a lost film of Mickey Mouse. They all had similar themes, the creators started to get burned out or started to go crazy, and it became quite apparent in their work. Gotta love the creepypasta.

@MayorBloomberg: Yes, because the average consumer REALLY needs an IPS panel. I'll bite, a Dell Ultrasharp 21.5" IPS monitor is only $219 CAD.

My issue was a display driver failure on my GTX 295, and some visual stuttering and artifacts. Ironically, downgrading my nVidia drivers actually seems to have fixed it.

@MazdaMania: Personally I would prefer to get an N9 with MeeGo/Maemo. It's an awesome OS.

Nintendo, then Microsoft, then eventually, Sony.

I'll definitely get the PS3 controller... and the 360 controller...and the Wii controller...and the keyboard and mouse...and the dock (even though I don't have an iphone)...

@Eldritch: Not this shit agai-ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD

This will NOT cause cancer. It's light, plain and simple. If you can see it with the human eye, it's simply visible light. It does not have a high enough frequency nor a small enough wavelength to actually cause cancerous mutations.

@dracosummoner: AUGH. So Nintendo, how much am I shelling out this time?

Well SHIT. I was hoping to NOT spend my money on yet another portable, but this is kinda opening my wallet for this one. How much is it?

That marketing picture is nothing new. It's part of this promotional ad that's been airing at the Best Buy I work at in Canada for the past 2 months or so, way before the sinkhole issue.

@Datacide: Ouch, I live in Alberta, I hadn't heard about that.
