Season 2 of Fargo is quite possibly one of the most perfect seasons of television ever. The ending unfortunately didn’t live up to the rest of it, but 90+% was just stunning.

I loved Ms. Taylor on Bosom Buddies of all things. Looking back, she was definitely playing the sitcom game at a higher level.

I’ll always regard Patrick Fabian warmly for The Last Exorcism. A found-footage movie that’s actually worth your time. Fantastic cast. Falls apart a bit at the end, but otherwise so so good.

I cooked my turkey sous vide last year. Turned out wonderfully moist, but if I do it again, I think I’ll sous vide the breast and smoke the turkey legs. Two different textures would make it more interesting. Plus, you get to play with fire.

Hi Claire! I don’t have an InstaPot, but I do have a Cuisinart 6-quart electric pressure cooker. Would the cook times be comparable? I’m thinking 16 minutes at high if I just switch over. Thanks!

This is the same mindset where people “hate watch” a show to... do what, exactly? Drive up the show’s ratings? Waste hours of their valuable time? Tweet about the show, making more people want to look into it to see what the fuss is about?
