I f you look in one of the side view pics- the middle on ei think- you can see the black undergarment. So, I would assume its attached at the waist coat and a long "loin cloth" type length of fabric, similar to Borat in his swimsuit

I haven't seen one- nor have I looked :) But I would think the sewn in bodysuit will be completely hidden by the panels-again- about the illusion of nothing rather then truly nothing.

If I were to guess- I would say the dress definitely has a bodysuit sewn inside. She looks very daring but its an illusion- there is full coverage between the legs.
