Most of the issues with replayability could be solved by simply giving players control over custom game settings and adding in small weekly events.

A couple of weeks ago, my regular Destiny crew stopped playing. It wasn't some big announced event, or something we…
Because some of us actually like supporting studios who make good games, regardless of publisher-mandated dlc nonsense, and Evolve is a very fun game.
Better question: Why are you trying to shame people for liking and supporting something you don't?
I am a high school Computer Science Teacher in Canada. The language of choice for my class is C# which lends itself to graphics and game development very easily thanks to the now defunct (but I still use it) XNA libraries.
Atlus just released a new Persona 5 trailer. It's slick, stylish, and provides a quick glimpse at gameplay…
Crota's End: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Honestly, the Vault of Glass is so much better than Crota's End. The first couple times I did Crota's End, it was fun and unique since it was new, but now that I've done it quite a few times, it has become a chore. Most of the raid is boring, and the Crota fight (If done correctly) can be cleared in a couple minutes.
I should add you to my friends so I could despise you
I've gotten 3 of them. Two from the raid, one from a random purple engram. Dismantled one. All my friends despise me :(
One day you will realize that old people are still human, so they display every trait other humans have.
Death Note and Attack on Titan's successes as manga are only part of why they've gone on to become well-received…
This is what desperation looks like.
As sympathetic I am to the developers at Bungie who can't seem to fix all of the bugs and issues that keep popping up, I also can't help but feel like this is karma for them making so many terrible, player-unfriendly decisions. You want to make our hard-earned Vault of Glass armor worthless, then design a system that…
This week NASA published new astonishing high definition images of the famous Pillars of Creation—two…
Yeah, I'm a anti-console fanboy, and all for the PC Master Race, but Driveclub really takes the cake here. There is no way one could argue that Project Cars has better, or equal weather effects.
Wow uh, as pretty as screenshots from Project Cars have been looking, Driveclub kinda looks a LOT better. Project Cars looks flat next to it. How'd that happen?
Also running a Hyper 212 EVO on an i7-3770 clocked up to 4.1GHz. I did a straight 3-day binge on folding@home to break it in and never saw any core hit 60 C. Awesome cooler.
"Protests against flinch"
I thought about that a lot when writing this. Two comments on popular Reddit threads about the diddy drama stood out to me.
The lack of DK2 support in Ethan Carter is damn near criminal. Every aspect of the game appears to have been designed with VR in mind.
I'd venture to guess that they started developing the game with the intention of including VR support, but then took some of those notorious, sloppy shortcuts that break games when you…
