FFVII is the most overrated game of all time IMO. It spends so long showing off it's graphics that the game play and story are so slow. I do however understand why it is on this list. If it wasn't he would never hear the end of it. The people who love it never shut up.

Music in the game is amazing everywhere and everything you do. Fahey showed mainly some of the melo chill music but there is a bunch of great intense combat music. Heres some tour videos I did while using music from those areas.

It's always amazing that, even when Nobuo isn't leading the charge in a particular title, games associated with Final Fantasy always manage to have the best music in the industry. It's the one area they've never faltered in even as their reputation continues to become muddled.

First time I landed in New Gridania I almost didn't want to leave because of how great the music sounded. Even back in 1.0 I would sometimes just leave the game running while I did work, the world both looks and sounds so beautiful that it's sometimes relaxing.
