I live in Baltimore and while, thankfully, I haven’t personally been brutalized, I’ve seen way too many other people get abused by cops.

Great leaps for equality start in the streets but end at the supreme court. You would rather have hypothetical Prez. Scott Walker appoint two (or more) conservative judges who would vote against civil rights, women’s rights, labor laws etc. than hold your nose and vote for Clinton?
“The day turned riotous when the protesters’ route took them past the baseball fans, and clashes between the groups briefly consumed the streets surrounding the stadium, with each side spending subsequent days blaming the other for the viral ugliness.”
Baltimore resident here. I talked to a few Guardsmen at Inner Harbor today, they are staying in hotels, not tents.
Jayne Miller on WBAL has been absolutely amazing. She is on TV right now, smacking down Lawrance O’Donnell on MSNBC for spreading misinformation. I love her.
WJZ has some pretty shitty commentary on Monday but WBAL has been the most accurate.
Me too! I have the same problem. The one I mentioned does wear out on the inside part after about 6-7 hours but a quick reapplication takes care of it. I smoosh my lips together a lot so if I wear regular lipstick, I just end up with a ring of it on the outside of my lips.
THIS. As a fellow city resident, I agree 100%. The presence of so many cops from outside the city who do not understand the community and treat us like enemy combatants is so damaging, we have enough problems with our OWN police dept. The last thing we need is cops from Howard County and Baltimore County rolling in…
Check out sephora cream lip stain. I don’t know why its called a stain, it a liquid lipstick. It lasts for over 14 hours on me, through drinks and greasy food and kisses. I have to use olive oil to get it off, makeup wipes don’t even budge it.
But WHY are they destroying private property?! How does that help? - said no history book ever about the Boston Tea Party
Yea, that article is pretty accurate. Lots of public school teachers and parents have been saying the same thing. Yet no mention of it in the “traditional media” that most Americans consume.
Share this article, maybe it will help your liberal friends understand?
Non violence worked in the past when the oppressors were capable of feeling ashamed of their actions. These days, they just double down.
I’m a long time Baltimore resident and the fucking national media has been absolutely shitty about the way everything has been covered. At no point were the rioters on Monday ever “protestors” but everyone on CNN and even MSNBC kept calling them that. There are 48,000 students in the public school system in the…
“There are none so blind as those who will not see.” Describes large swaths of Americans perfectly.
Thank you so so much!! You’ve been a huge help!
Not Kira’s stem cells, I’m taking about cells from the embryos in the canister that Kira hid in the earlier episode.
Thank you so much! Do you have any recommendations for staying in certain neighborhoods? I’ve been Google-ing and TripAdvisor-ing but a personal recommendation is always better.
Are they ever going to come back to the canister of embryos Helena brought back with her? I’m so confused as to why Kira hid it. And if Rudy was snooping through the whole apt, how come he didn’t find it? And now Kira is off to Iceland and no one knows they can get stem cells from there to cure the Leda clones. I hope…
I don’t think chilling implies just sitting in a hotel room. I’m most definitely a chiller but for me that means when I am in Paris, I don’t have tons of things planned. I just walk around and wander, talk to random people in shops and cafes, have ice cream for lunch, have some coffee and people watch, have a picnic…
