Add a tiny bit of sugar in your hand when using your regular creamy/foamy facewash. It'll exfoliate and then go down the drain and dissolve in the water. Do NOT use baking soda. It really messes with the pH of your skin.

Just add a tiny bit of sugar to any of your regular face washes. Perfect exfoliant.
