Thre are def paruvian places in Baltinore but they are on areas most white folks dont ever go to because of perceived sketchiness (aka a neighborhood full of non-white people). I live in Baltimore and I get Peruvian at least once a week.

It depends on where you are looking for it. There are tons of Peruvian places with fantastic food but most of them are in areas white people rarely visit.
