Saw a somewhat restored to “stock” one as I went down the used car rabbit hole a few months ago. I still have nightmares about not bidding on it.
What about the 4.6/4.8 X5? That surely would have fared well, no?
The first Gen Acadia is a fairly decent car. Good acceleration for the size, ample storage, like true open the tailgate and you have room storage ( not like the new Tahoe+ where the 3rd row eats into the cubic measurement). My mom has the Denali trim but frankly, the thing is a GM, parts bin, lemon. Interior trim…
Always interesting to see how stories are reported elsewhere. In northern NJ most, if not all, of the reports cite an incorrect nav path and stupidity in tandem.
Beautiful car. It is a shame a front plate must ruin that grille. I need to move to a new state.
Well, this just threw a stick in the spokes of my “what do I replace my Grand Cherokee with” bicycle. Fak.
“Dealer” Plates are typically a series of plates (metal) a local dealer will have on file to use for both test drives and can be affixed to various types of fleet vehicles owned by the said dealer (maybe the manager’s “perk car” or the owner’s car etc). Never has their name on them (at least not that I know of in…

Ah, thanks for the follow-up! And you’re probably right on the second part sadly.
What are the chances this video comes back to haunt the shooter once his insurance company sees that the windshield was already a mess?
I thought GT was AWD as well no? Can’t quite make it out on the boot but it almost looks like the emblem says it.
The exterior, the interior, just everything. Simplicity with a little flair always crushes it.
..am I missing something? In Florida its pretty much the same thing.
So you’re saying that when my jeep inevitably breaks, the parts will be cheaper?! Sign me up.
Great Pick-up (pun intended). While I am not a huge Dodge/Ram truck fan now, I cannot help but remember the days where I was OBSESSED with the red ram that was Bill Paxton’s truck in Twister. No idea why but this body style will always be one of my favorites. I’ve been in the same situation looking for a Jeep J10/J20…
Sibling rivalry at its best.
I’m sorry, but at what monetary threshold do we continue to suck a teet. Models are vetted via engineering yet it always seems shortfalls occur more so in the cabin because said engineers aren’t looking for DD issues. Yet the rest of us have to deal with the deliverable.
To change the front end so quickly makes me think that there has to have been some issue we do not know about. Maybe in the headlamp design? Frankly, I thought the refresh was pretty sleek/ rugged looking. I know chevy did it a few years ago but its not like its a desired trend to abandon a design a year or so in.
