Rep. Morgan Griffith: If GM is so accountable, why are they hiding behind their bankruptcy court protections?

This is huge. Delphi was spun-off from GM, and the relationship between the two firms was subject of a major SEC investigation during the time frame in question. I don't see how this investigation goes anywhere without hauling Delphi up for questions.
