Suburbs are boring because the only positive thing you could list about them is that they allow you to have a lot of garage space. Zero culture. Very few outdoorsy activities. Its all of the drawbacks of both urban and rural life with very few of the positives.

I would argue that negative pull ups are better only because it recruits different sets of muscles to accomplish the exercises. I do a lot of both of these and inverted rows tend to work upper back whereas pull ups tend to were lats.
