That is your definition of “political correctness,” but that is absolutely not what it means in the broader scope of language. At all.

Check out the ‘third world’ itself and then try again.
A lot of the Hurricane Sandy repairs came from federal funds, however. The money for improvements, which comes out of the Capital Budget, is generally allotted by the State—and Cuomo doesn’t want to give them a dime.
The blame train, long and uncomfortable that is, generally goes back to Giuliani. He and Pataki were the ones who never wanted to replenish MTA funding after the city/state came out of the budgetary shortfalls that led to the budget getting cut in the firs place. Lot of blame also goes to current governor Cuomo, who…
But free of you, so at least we have that.
We don’t want you here, so everybody’s happy.
That is such bullshit. They are a criminally underfunded agency that does the absolute maximum with meagre funding and cuts from every possible angle in the midst of massive ridership, overcrowding, and aging infrastructure. They don’t “give themselves raises at every opportunity”; put down the copy of the Post for a…
Whose orders, and why? The BBC stood nothing to gain from preventing an apology, and neither did Tymon's lawyers given the decision not to press charges.
He went to Tymon's home to apologize and the guy wouldn't even open the door.
No, rightfully so. He killed Top Gear. There is no way in hell that the BBC performed this entire process without at least his verbal agreement to the circumstances and charges, and he has been bizarrely petty throughout (refusing to open the door when Clarkson came to apologize at his house was just childish).
He has been anything but gracious. He refused to open the damn door when Clarkson came to his home to apologize. Pressing charges when he has already ended the career and damaged the legacy of somebody for an offense that occurs in pubs every evening would be an entirely gratuitous extra touch.
I don't have a lot of sympathy for Oisin Tymon. He refused to let Clarkson in his house when the man came to apologize, and I highly doubt this entire process occurred entirely without him. It is ultimately the BBC's poor decision not to simply fine and punish Clarkson massively, but Tymon was part of this.
What do you mean 'what else could they have done'? Is that rhetorical? Have you never heard the word 'fine'? Or any sort of punishment whatsoever? They should have slashed his salary massively, and if he refused it, the bad press would fall on him for being greedy. They could have given him a multi-million pound fine.…
Pretty sure that's a Lambo Gallardo dude...oh wait.
Now I get where the 'Daytona Seating' comes from...
The P85Insane definitely looks ready.
Mine too! Now, if it weren't for that damn electric mode I could have been woken up!
Well, on the flip side, if he were black they would have killed him. So there's that.
