God no, please! That’s what made the first season so unbearable boring.
The fact that they packaged this expansion and Heart of Thorns together for the original price of the first expansion is what brought me back. $50 was way too much for HoT by itself, but I’ve been loving everything since I got back. I even dropped the cash to get Season 3 which I missed out on in my absence.

My wife and I got to hear some of the snippets that were left on the cutting room floor when Gaiman came through town on his tour. All I can say is that Mr. Pratchett would have been proud.
If it had been approached more like Penny Dreadful’s style I would have loved it.

I’ve been replaying the series and beat KH2 this last weekend, followed it up with watching 358/2, and man did you hit the nail on the head. I can count on one hand the number of positive protrayals of women (thus far) in the KH series.
