I'm disappointed that The Missus' effort wasn't enough. I thought for sure that her heartfelt story about growing up in Fords, including a 1st-Gen Fiesta, would tug at their heartstrings and that "Ford, your Fiesta will keep me from buying a Venza" would be the knockout punch.
