@graverobber: Philip Landrigan Edition: Audi's done with the R10, though they've farmed them out to a privateer for European duty this year. They're debuting the new R15 @ Sebring. No specs have been released on it yet, but a smaller (V8 or V10) TDI mill has been the rumor.

Good christ, the family had a base model '82 Citation which, even at a naive young age, I recognized as being a terribly shitty automobile (and given the late '70s Buicks and Fords I'd been subjected to up to that point, that's a bold statement). Unless "X-11" means that it's a Citation body grafted onto a completely

@mr.chophoppers: There's a part of me that thinks the fine upstanding LeMons judiciary might just allow anyone brazen enough to enter a 917 to actually race it, if for no other reason than the fact that the entrant's dreadnought-sized balls and 20-pounds-of-bullshit-in-a-5-pound-bag-story should be a sufficient weight
