@benrobNU: That would be like Futurama

@Ben Wojdyla: Although watching that guy bull-horn about how it is an Aussie car through LA made me laugh out loud a little too much at my desk...

I know this is a movie prop car, but it looks pretty cheesy to me. They could've gone for something that looks a little bit more like current F1 or Indy cars I would think.

@RFT: Well that is a buzz kill.

These articles are officially the best ever. I get to reading all of the side links off to Wikipedia and to other older articles on Jalopnik.

A ROTARY Citroen GS? I must find and drive one of these!

What gets me about the new Prius and this Lexus Hybrid are the new blue background/glowing/whatever badges. Its a Prius, or an HS, we already know its a hybrid, you don't need to spend money on silly colored badges.

@combat chuck: (Distracted by Junkyard Wars) Man! I loved that show! By the time I was old enough to actually throw a team together to register it was off the air.... The original 2 hosts were the deal, with the original challenges that didnt have silly things planted all over the place... Man I miss that show...

@OldeEnglishD: Nahh - neither of which is a particularly bad vehicle, just not truly awesome

@pres ala mode: I always pick Luigi. Green is one of my favorite colors and I'm 6'4", so Luigi is a natural choice. Picking Mario is too mainstream for me :-p

@Alphamazing: A G8 Wagon would also be an amazing car to have here in the states, I don't disagree with that.

@Alphamazing: Beautiful Italian wagon (or sedan) plus manual transmissions plus Alfa Awesomeness?

Countdown to me getting an Alfa 159 wagon has begun...

@ 4:50ish left... one purple and one green wheel? seriously sport bike guy? come on!
