If you can mod a mac pro tower to run whatever you want then you lose the game of life. It's not about the software it's about the hardware. As of right now it's the most powerful piece of kit on the market. If you don't have one then you can't say shit about anything.

250 is half the price of the boxone. Higher settings have been irrelevant since the ps3 came out. Slightly higher res textures don't mean a whole lot when you're busy blasting shit and actually playing the game.
