Google is also involved (albeit probably inadvertently) in the distribution of the blackhole toolkit if certain search words are used. After certain seraches the ads redirect users to malicious sites. Its been reduced in the last 6 months, but search engine poisoning used to happen relatively frequently.

Actually 300 is around what the Occupy movement is getting for its protests (recently) in DC. This movement would just be getting started if congress keeps up these shenanigans.

Actually its really the other way around. Congress, specifically your Representative almost always writes you back (even if its a crappy form letter) as long as your request their response to an issue. I think using their website is a little bit better.
