That is not true. As the article state, there are other states with the same laws, and still have access to the TTP (Trusted Traveler Program) you do need access to the DMV to get on the TSA precheck line.

That car is actually a modified 328. The armrest on a 308 is a long sloping armrest, with the door handle hidden below it. You can grab the armrest almost anywhere to shutdown the door since it is “hollow” underneath.

I wonder if the Finnish Teijo had the engine in the front for traction in the snow. Not a problem in Mexico.
