I heard they spend the first quarter of the year predicting what is going to happen the rest of the year. And, then they spend the last quarter explaining why it did’t happen.

Las week I read an interesting article about automation, and how in many cases it sucks because its purpose is NOT to make our experiece any better, but to make a company more money. An example they used was the always dreadful automatic phone menus, and the automatic checkouts.

I just compared my actual CO2 emissions according to www.fueleconomy.gov. You can personalize your conditions to figure out your tailpipe emissions and your upstream emissions.

Yet, the burgers are the ones that bring the people into the place.

If Fiat and Toyota can sell cars the size of a mail stamp, I am sure somebody can design a small pickup that is smaller than a house.

It is not as if they use them anyway.

Sadly, I feel it is a sign of the selfish state of mind prevailing here in the US and spreading to other places. “I don’t care if

Could you point out any country that tried Socialism or Communism where the US and its allies did not actively try to undermine the system by imposing sanctions, blockades, invasion, wars or assassinations of their leaders?

Like what the Scandinavian countries have?

Unfortunately every time anybody suggest a solution, we call him commie and go on with some form of BS about the American way, boot straps, individualism, and Venezuela.
