Even easier. Integrate the seat belt sensor into the car’s black box. If the occupant was found not to be wearing the seat belt, then the the insurance company is not required to pay for their damages and injuries. Just damages caused to other cars.
I am ready to give my left nut for that car, but I have the feeling, that my nut will be safe and warm in place, since I highly doubt the car will ever come to the US.

We all die sooner or later. I personally would take the risk of dying in a F1 car. Some people chose to safetly live in a bubble. Not me. I have been racing sice 7. No regrets.
