Most of those murders are people involved in the drug trade. They do not have mass shootings in schools, malls, churches, work, etc.

About 10 years ago i met the most interesting car guy in the world. He used to drive a real Bugatti type 35 to school. Based on this guy’s age, i assume it was the early 60's. He said his dad got the car on a state sale nearby their home in NY. The car needed a carburator. He got it for $2,300!!!
