Well, that is one smart argument.

Very much agree. He can be a great asset here.

Yeah, maybe. So do Franchitti. All those guys are great at open wheel, not so at NASCAR. You need to fund the series that suits you. Rosi should stay here, and not try to pay his way into F-1 again.

Because they have more talent than Rosi. So do 90% of the F-1 field.

I agree with most of your post. I hope Haas gives him a chance. He may do better with that cars than with the crap-car he had before. Who knows. If I was him, i may stay in the US and make a ton of money.

Sure, but Rosi has been backed for years. He raced for many years in F-3 and GP2. Somebody had to sponsor him, he did not do it with money from his paper route. He reached a point where the top teams did not give him a serious look, or no new sponsors steped up.

Wow, is that your best argument?

It was tallent.

Keep going with the money excuse. I bet Vetel and Hamilton don’t get kickes out for lack of money. On the other hand Haryanto may. So did Rosi.

JPM WON races, if you remeber. He is no reject, he retired from F1. And while we are at it, JPM would not win a F-1 race even in a Mercedes.

The bringing big buck is BS. Vetel, Hamilton, Senna, Schumache, et. did not bring the big buck. they were just good. The ones who have to bring the big bucks are the not so great drives. What are you saying that he was a little better than the back-markers, but he did not have backing, I give you that,

Exact same thought crossed my mind. Now I am really curios about it.

Good for him. Not so great for indy.

What is his crash vs. finish ratio?

Alonso just a couple of months ago?

Seattle?!! I lived there for 13 years and was the easiest city in the world. It is divided in quadrants (SE, NW...) you have the ocean on the laft and the lake on the right. I did just fine with paper maps before GPS, before MapQuest.

I can live with the spec series, and horrible looking cars. What kills it for me is the constant cautions. If you are at the track, it is not fun to see a parade of race cars instead of a race. Sometime they even send the sweeper to clean the track and wait for the car to cycle pit stops!

A LOT less caution flags.

As much as i like to make fun of BMW owners, this is not an issue particular to BMW or any leased cars. I think is is true for 99% of Toyota and Lexus drivers. Hell, i would say 80% of all Americans.
