Back when I was about 15, we went to my fried’s weekend house where he had a sand rail with 4 seats. Two of them right on top of the VW engine, with absolutely no wind or head protection! Somehow it was road legal. We went water-skiing, which was about 1 ½ hours away. On the way there, the clutch cable broke. We tied

Saw one of these things like a month ago on the 405. The cars is actually kind of big, and there is not a single good angle on it. It looks much worst in person.

Yes, handling is definitely great, we also drove the ATS, and even the base model handled great.

Audi A3/S3

Like I write somewhere else, last Saturday, I had the opportunity to drive a CTS-V at the Auto Club Speedway (California Speedway), as part of the Cadillac Track Experience.

My dad has a yellow A110 when I was a kid. But I must admit, I will take mine in blue.

On my college roommate’s car we found a crack pipe under the back seat, a sword in the truck and multiple pipe fittings.

Really?, Really? I have NEVER met somebody expecting to travel for $100, with 50 billion pieces of luggage, and get a 5 course meal.

We have to be clear, the only ones using Imperial Gallons are the Brits. All others use either Km/L or the stupid L/100KM.

Saw one in the 405 last week. It is much bigger and uglier than in pictures.

is the logic that killed many drivers in the 60’s and 70’s

Maybe you should read this article about forward parking and backing into a spot.

My wife not always washer her cars, but when she does it, she uses bleach!!!

Yeah, is weird. I saw a few 8C when I was leaving in Seattle. Not one 4C so far. Maybe I do not hang with the in crowd.

I guess it depends what is their goal. Sell as many cars as Lotus did with the Elise/Exigencies, then it may be doable. But if they want to sell enough cars, make money and become a visible brand in the US, I think it is going to take a lot more than that.

I would certainly get one. Renault is actually less crappy than we thing. Those cars from the 80’s we remember were not so bad if properly maintained. And that was the problem with the cars sold here in the US.

For now, let's see how long they can keep it up after the first adopters get theirs.

Mine should be here at the end of the month!

VW has been doing this for a long time. Up to very recently they were selling the old Jetta (~1999) inMexico as the Bora or something like that. And yes, it was way cheaper than the regular modern Jetta.

Not it wasn’t. The 355 is an evolution of the 348. The improvements were pretty big in terms of performance and quality, but it is based on the same car.
