MLB in Vancouver is wishful thinking. This town will never come out in sufficient numbers to support a baseball franchise through 81 home games. My house is $2.3m. I bought it for 900k 13 years ago. But it also went back down to about the price I bought it with the 08/09 hijinks. Really, we are talking about rising from $1m to $2.5 in about 7 years, and declining $200k in the last year and a half.

I have had 3 of these. SUPER reliable cars, but they also are known to have issues with the headbolts 2008 to early 2010. That is a VERY expensive fix. Wouldnt touch it unless that was done.
