Get the speed 3. You can unlock tons of power, it's cheaper than the mid-trim 2.0T Gen Coupe, and it's incredibly luxurious.

Well in that case, add the Speed 3 to your list, and cross-shop the Veloster Turbo with the Fiat 500 Abarth. The regular veloster is very slow, and the genesis coupe is ridiculously finicky in the wet, as well as way slower that quoted.
