ONE thing of note ON the title...

Taun-tauns are hot-blooded!

Back in the original C&C, I discovered that building a flimsy sandbag wall around the enemy base would prevent them from attacking entirely. I assumed the AI couldn’t figure out an optimal route; and therefore just didn’t move.

Came for this. Was not disappointed.

Something that kept me playing, caring and improving back in the WoW days was being in a hardcore raiding guild. If you messed up, 39 (or 24) friends wiped along with you. Raiding together for so long you memorize names, make lifelong friends, and develop your own community. I stayed up researching boss fights,

They also used the word ‘slams’ too often when describing political news.

Just played some ranked games tonight with a woman off-tank. Her voice was obviously female, but some douche in the group asked her to clarify her gender anyway.

“I don’t know if you’re a 12 year old boy. You sound like one.” was his line.

Agreed. Lifelong Chicagoan here. It’s not just ‘What the weather is’; it also depends on what you’re doing in the weather. Freezing in an outdoor line during Black Friday was worse than skating around a frozen lake in colder weather.

My mother is definitely on the wealthy side, mostly due to how incredibly frugal she is.

She would save the flavor packets of ramen noodles and uses them only in the big pots of stew she’d make. Bland noodles were the norm.

I’ve seen her order a Steak and Unlimited shrimp dinner at Outback; only eat the shrimp, (The

“The game’s epilogue and secret movie, which are the biggest spoilers in this game, are planned to be released at a later date just in case, so they will not be shown before the game’s release.”

How does that work? If he’s got full versions of the game in-hand; how do they withhold the ending? Will people need to go

You’ve never been given ‘Free-play’ money at a casino?

Insert your card, input your pin and select the amount you want to put into the machine. It shows up as a credit that you can’t cash out, but if you win more than the credit while playing; you can cash out the winnings.

Agreed! Options to tune games to your preference should be much more available in today’s market spectrum of people with lots of free time to people who can only get brief stints before bed.

Things like saving/loading, Permadeath, Ironman modes, difficulty and Quality of Life adjustments (Bag space, Fast Travel, Etc)

The coolest part for me back in the day was starting a Dark Elf and getting through the starting area; then starting a human and realizing:

‘Wait, things get dark here. I don’t have nightvision like my Dark Elf, so I need to use a Glowstone or a torch to see anything.’
Similarly, some creatures were made of pure magic,

If you’re in the market for similar games, Hidden Agenda is a PS4 game where everyone plays along with their cell phones. While not a straight-up horror/slasher game like Until Dawn, Hidden Agenda is a creepy crime drama involving police tracking down a serial killer.

Character choices can lead to good or bad endings,

Booping is both satisfying and frustrating depending on which end you’re on. Similarly to sniping, or sneaking up with shotguns, or diving a sniper, or death-balling/GOATS comp.

It may seem like Rein has a hard time against it, because he’s designed to shield against long-range threats like Soldier/Widow/Bastion. Orisa

These all look great! As a director of a child care center/after-school program I always love new all-ages board games!

Good call on the Forbidden series, I didn’t know they released a third game; but my older students love the first two. I’d add Tsuro to the list, along with Bugs in the Kitchen, One Night Ultimate

I’m an outlier that actually has two Switches; do you need each to have a copy of the game to play those two-switch minigames? Or can it be shared from one Switch?

Awww, crap. I’d forgotten both how Telltale made that series; and how much I enjoyed its great writing!
