Neither. :)
Toys use batteries because they are usually meant to be portable.
PowerLine 1300 mah Universal AC Adapter w/ USB Power Port
Grab on of those. Selectable output voltage in all the most common values. Chop the end off the lead and solder directly to the mains.
PS3 = YLOD
Get your error codes right! :)
PS+ doesn't automatically install firmware updates. It only updates software titles.
That may be true, but not everything that updates address must be limited to firmware.
A friend of mine who also has a PS3 with an 1TB HDD had his system fail to boot, but when he put the original 60GB drive in the system, it started right up.
Whatever is causing this update to fail has something to do with the boot…
I always thought buying from Steam was easier (and preferable) to piracy.
I'm sure this will work... Putting a quarter into a vending machine turns me on...
Sorry, didn't see your inquiry until tonight.
I've never actually timed it, but it doesn't seem to be any longer than normal, provided I remember to turn on my iPhone's hotspot *before* I start the car.
My factory stereo has RCA jacks in the dash with composite input for video. I have the Apple TV's HDMI output plugged into an HDMI to composite converter that I got from Amazon for all of $12. Apple TV gets power from a 12v inverter.
I just put an Apple TV in my car. When I start the car it connects to my iPhone's Wifi hotspot.
The kids get Netflix and Hulu on the in-car screen, I get all my iTunes Match. Works pretty well.
Every time I see the pictures for these I find myself thinking how blatantly obvious most of the jokes are, yet I'm not creative enough to come up with any blatantly obvious jokes myself.
The **** in a box theme was brilliant! Congratulations to all is in order.
I totally agree it's all about selling the console.
I would just like to see them *eventually* ported over... Even if it's years after initial release.
That being said it absolutely BOGGLES my mind that Microsoft hasn't made more 360 titles available to the PC market. I know plenty of people that would be all over HALO if it were on PC.
You must have missed where I said "Yes, there are people that are complete idiots, too."
I never claimed immunity.
"We could kill this industry if we don't get more inclusive."—Patrick Liu, creative director at Rovio's new Stockholm studio, talking about the attitude of some veteran developers that mobile games 'are not real games'.
The problem I see with mobile games is the incessant plague of micro-transaction driven gameplay. So…
Love Mario, Metroid, and Zelda games. I just wish Nintendo would get smarter about region specific titles.
I'm a little worried about Nintendo lately, though. They really seem to be losing touch with the market.
That, of course, is highly dependent on the player. A majority of games I'm interested in still don't have a real equivalent on consoles.
I still own consoles, but they are mostly for media center usage and the intermittent "exclusive" games that don't come to the PC. Mainly Rockstar games and Gran Turismo.
