    Making fun of it.

And? I don't think anyone really cares except people that are looking to gripe about asinine things.

I'm on a Dual Band wireless N network. I'm not seeing any problem. It takes a fraction of a second to connect, and then it's smooth sailing from there.

Heard of it? Yes. Had the chance to use it on an actual piece of hardware that anyone I know owns... No.

EDIT: Stupid broken posting system. Ignore this.

Give it time. There's a lot there that you aren't hearing about yet. Even still, it's mostly an incremental update.

Im being pedantic because you're being pedantic. If you want to say that Microsoft doesn't care what computer you use because they don't build their own towers, that's fine. But you can't use "they don't make hardware" as a defense against what was obviously intended as a seemingly ironic post. I took the last line of

Sorry bout that. Reading my post it looks a little more defensive than I intended it.

Sorry. Opt-out. But here's the key: Changing these settings is no more difficult than any other setting on OS X. I don't need anyone else to tell me that it's on by default. Didn't they do that with Lion... Before Metro for windows 8 was announced? If anything I think you have our timeline reversed. But who knows, I may be wrong. It's happened before.

They have retail locations now. Of course they sell hardware. And they make money on each piece of hardware... Well, they would if people were buying things in their retail stores.

    Yeah, what is this "Window"?

I don't believe you have any clue what you are talking about.

    Way hearted!

Really? Some of their best execs are running for the door? I can name one important executive who has left in the last six months. And he left to overhaul another company in his image.

    "But one out in every"

    "These problems results in"

Only if he were to attempt to profit off of it.

Wouldn't you have to root your Android to change the UI? And if so, isn't that really the same amount of effort as jailbreaking?
