I'm on a Dual Band wireless N network. I'm not seeing any problem. It takes a fraction of a second to connect, and then it's smooth sailing from there.

Sorry. Opt-out. But here's the key: Changing these settings is no more difficult than any other setting on OS X. I don't need anyone else to tell me that it's on by default. I'm running the preview myself. The warnings about software it is set to restrict are clear, and there is an easy remedy to it.
