I bought one for $20 at a pawn shop when I heard about it. I'd do it again.

I went and bought a first gen Nano from the local pawn shop just so I could get a referb. I'd be fine either way, but I'm kinda hoping for a first gen.
They're most likely referbs. What cracks me up is that people are griping about getting the same model back.
I haven't had any problem finding show tunes on iTunes. Which shows are you looking for?
We always did both... but this year it's just my wife and kids. So only turkey. We couldn't eat a whole turkey and a whole ham.
My wife and I have done the "Hand Me Down" thing for a few years now with our iPhones. She didn't mind, but we're planning to upgrade simultaneously with the next update. When she was done with previous iterations of the phone, we've actually made them permanent Airfoil receivers (now if only Rogue Amoeba could work…
Bluetooth, baby.
Hahaha. Yeah, I love the idea of Livedrive, but I gave up on it for personal redundant backup. Two copies at home, one in my safe deposit box.
And if you don't believe me, here you go: [www.wired.com]
Parts of the iPod were commissioned. Parts weren't. The device was not bought wholesale from any one company. The iPod, as it exists and has existed was a device that originated from Apple, the design, UI, and functionality were all straight from Apple.
Outside of the native "tap to focus" feature? No. Anything more granular than that is difficult because it would require physical manual control (or a really nifty digital slider that would need to work out some precision issues), and those manual controls just aren't exactly present.
Agreed. The next revision actually calls for more vibrant colors and raised lettering on the numbers (for the visually impaired). It's a slow process, but we're working on it. I think it's a good thing there have been stepping stones to get the US to a more "friendly" system, I know a lt of old folks that get confused…
I feel so ashamed. I have guilt.
And they're all plenty distinguishable to me. I don't seem to have a problem discerning what bills are what currency with a simple cursory glance. No fanning my wallet, except to pull bills out.
Understood thanks for the clarification.
I dunno, Quadrophen seems to disagree.
It isn't a problem. If you're not stuck with substandard speeds, and you're dealing with a, for example, 17,548 song library. It took 30 minutes for me to match 16,520 of my collection on my lowest/only tier available AT&T DSL. I'm sitting at the DAYS mark for the upload of the remaining.
Um... We've used multicolored currency for the better part of a decade now:
Hey, isn't that like the emperor of Canada and her husband?
I'm not being pissy, I'm just pointing out that the only difference isn't what jp182 said. There are substantive differences between them.
