Well, Obama's abuse of public resources for his campaign now has a body count. What a waste of a human life.

I thought the way to fool someone into buying a Daewoo was to put a Chevrolet badge on it. I'm not sure why this would make someone want it, but apparently Daewoos are great compared to buyers' previous GM experiences. This wasn't the case for Suzuki buyers, and the brand probably won't recover in the US from their

You certainly don't sound like you can handle the speed.

When I lived in NYC, the fire department entered my apartment by pushing in my window air conditioner while I was out of town. They completely trashed my apartment looking for a source of smoke(no doubt my pot-head neighbor) and then left without straightening out or leaving any form of explanation. I only learned

I didn't see much diversity in that mob.

The NYC cop union took twenty minutes to show up at all, at which point they 'dispersed the crowd.' They probably didn't want to let filing a report eat into donut and graft time.

That's what the bridges and tunnels are for.

At the point where the car gets damaged and there's a mob, the car is your best weapon.

Is that a JC Whitney Aston kit? Embarrassing, and the car still winds up looking like a suppository.

I can only speak for the humans that I know very well. Your comment is most likely a reflection of your own value. Is that you Cass Sunstein?

Absolutely, but between his 4 victims and some strays, I'd take his victims every time.

I don't have a problem with dogs being put down that bite innocent bystanders. Whether it is the owner's fault or the dog's makes no difference to the victim, and good fricking luck putting down dog owners, although about half of them could use it. Damn, now you have me sounding like an environmentalist!

Thank you for the very thoughtful response. My friend's dog is actually a guard dog at a wood crafting shop. She bit aspiring felons. I think she should have zero strikes and get a reward for doing her job, but I also think that a dog that bites innocent bystanders should be granted zero strikes. She is a better

The important people here are the ones that were killed. Their lives were worth nothing and they should have been. You should see the manhunt that went down in OB when someone poisoned two dangerous nuisance dogs. BTW, I have a friend with a German Shepherd/Lion mix(not technically, but that's what she looks like)

This is actually a result of a society that values animals' lives far to highly and human lives far too little.

Considering it was a Sentra, I don't think they were going 120 mph in California either.

True. Mass transit should cost whatever it really costs to provide so people can determine whether it is really worth having. I've left NYC, but San Diego has street cars that are virtually unused and run routes where they serve a very specific function. All most San Diegans get out of them are pedestrian fatalities,

I hope Romain Grosjean doesn't take this headline as an invitation to start endurance racing.

They should auction it to make restitution to fraud victims rather than burn it, but I'm sure NYC can rationalize doing whatever benefits absolutely zero law abiding citizens. Why are they dismissing the ticket? How about forwarding it to whoever ran the red light on the government's insurance?

NASCAR fans are not progressives! Planned Parenthood still knows who is hauling their oats. I suppose they could be on the same side as the NASCAR misanthropes that signed on with the corn lobby to starve brown people to death and set us up to be more vulnerable in natural disasters though. Those guys are progressives.
