There are many differences between "the Bills" and "Sammy Watkins." However, the term "the Bills" includes Sammy Watkins. He is on the Bills' team and therefore he is a "Bill."

TLDR
Stoudt's actually pretty good - he played well when given the chance last year. They were pretty low leverage situations, but still, he made good decisions and threw the ball really well. I'm not too worried about Stoudt - more worrisome is replacing Watkins and Bryant.
"MXC" is one of my favorite shows ever. Sure, the actual footage of people wiping out is funny, and the dubbed "MST3K"-riff jokes are well written and coordinated with the footage for comedic effect, but none of it works without the charisma Kitano exudes as the host of the show. It helps the "MXC" joke in general…
