At the rate we’re going, I’m not sure anything will be opening before August...2021.

I am from SoCal, up in the High Desert area, and yeah lots of people here have decided it was all make believe. No distancing, hugging, shaking hands, packing in bars...

It’s heartbreaking how poorly written it is, considering how much money and enthusiasm was available. You could have almost any writer in the world for that project.

White women performers are sometimes encouraged to wait for their first “IR” scene in order to land a lucrative, exclusive contract. The idea is that an interracial scene is a sort of taboo and part of a series of extreme acts, thus a white woman performer with a large fanbase can “hold out” and command a big

Just binged the first 2 seasons like 2 weeks ago, I have great timing. Also: Can. Not. Wait.

It was always everyone’s assumption; this is like if some idiot director said that Palpatine was alive and survived the elevator shaft. Eveyone knows what happened and there’s no need to change it.

Same way they live with acid for blood and can live in the vacuum of space! Because the story needs her too ;)

Him and George Lucas can both go stick it, on this issue

Why would the warship be transporting eggs? The Navigator had been chestbursterated, he ought to have known better than to check out the cargo, which was not stored anywhere special or safe.

The only thing that AT-ATs lack is a 360 deg gun turret up top, or 4. And a swarm of drone-droids, like a thousand lightsaber remotes swarming around it like bees. Each one does very little damage but just try to get near it on foot, or in a speeder. It would be (almost) unstoppable*.

I saw it in the theaters when I was 8, and I remember having maybe just a vague hope that because Vader didn’t die at the end he might still be out there and there might be room for new stories. Now you’d expect a sequel, but then it was just a distant dream.

This is the most nitpicking pedantic comment ever and I agree with you 100%, it’s like you’re reading my pedantic mind.

That’s fair. I happen to enjoy them like crack with chocolate on top but if I’m being honest I will say that there’s too many, and their success has had a bad influence. See Last Skywalker, which basically was a superhero movie in space, directly influenced by Endgame, it seemed (if it wasn’t it’s only that the

He runs to the rocket and gets there just in time to get on with the bad guy, surprising him in space. Cruise runs on a treadmill. Fight. Space station is destroyed, but the emergency capsule has a bomb on it that will explode 10 seconds before he’s able to land. He has to do a risky maneuver to shave 15 seconds off

These last 4 episodes need to be 3-D’d and shown in my local XD/IMAX theater. At some future point where I will be caught dead in a theater.

There are advantages. Having my Big Glass Bong by my side is definitely one of them.

This is valid. If you have the patience to wait, you should wait.

You know I like theater popcorn, the microwave just doesn’t come out the same. And the experience. But you’re right, I generally do pay $25 total to see a movie in the good theater.

That’s why I added in the italics, to make sure people caught the second ‘not’

I’m sorry, that still doesn’t compare to XD. I am impressed though. You definitely have a better experience than my local theater, which is why I drive an hour and a half to the good one (I live in The Sticks)
