I rolled my eyes so many times during this episode I have a charlie horse in my skull. Lets get a harness kid on board, despite what happened to Karen, then lets let it go. I love how Matt just strolls right in to where they're keeping her and the big guard with the gun is just like, "whatevs". And then OM it happened…

I don't see Bobak Ferdowski's (AKA Mohawk Guy) initials on there...I'm guessing his are underneath the marker.

I'll admit it I crowd like a baby I was so moved; there's nothing that'll cheer you up like a whole room full of people realizing the biggest longshot they've ever attempted went off flawlessly and they're all heroes. I'm getting a little teary now just thinking about it.

I had forgot those were all season 2 episodes, quality shows every one of them! I would totally love to see those on blu-ray. I don't think I can say that about a single season 1 show.

I was also a big fan of Dr. Pulaski. I was disappointed when she left and they brought Dr. crusher back. Pulaski had spunk! So maybe they were trying to capture a 'female Dr. McCoy' vibe with her, but I think they needed that.

That's my personal problem with the whole thing: to my mind, they already found AE a long time ago. I personally have seen and heard all the evidence I need to see and her to know that they wet down on Howland Island. This case is already well-closed to my satisfaction.

OK I generally agree that the first season was not very good, but The Big Goodbye (a.k.a. the "logical aliens who think in binary code create the perfect girlfriend for Riker" episode) was the first one that was actually really good, and it won a Peabody Award.

Even so, any little bit of info would've been golden, considering their position. I would have hooked his balls up to a battery to get that info out, even if I was his dad. Considering the skitter rebellion is maybe their only hope, there is no other plausible course of action than to attemp to connect with it.

Aha! I was actually about to post sarcastically, "What does he use his eye lasers and a mirror?" but I guess that's a real answer. Must've been some awkward moments in his teen years, it was hard enough for me to learn to use a bic without cutting myself.
