Just the idea of Mellen and then Sudekis in the blond wig had me laughing out loud -- my wife watched the regular Ellen show and she was laughing the whole time. (Also the vaccine ‘prank’ was funny.)

They actually stopped it because they thought they were making him too likable. They interviewed the editor and he was talking about Diamond Joe like he was Robert Oppenheimer and he had unleashed the horrors of nuclear war.

Possibly unpopular opinion - I really don’t miss Kate McKinnon. And Perkins, this was definitely a B+, if not an A- episode. No clinker sketches, and a great non-lipsyncing musical guest that wasn’t singing to tape - what more could you ask for at this point in the show’s history?

While I think Ferguson gave a capable performance, I think she and the director let Jessica be a bit too... fragile, perhaps? At times she seems almost paralyzed by fear, which doesn’t feel right for the character. She’s supposed to be a badass Bene Gesserit with superhuman levels of discipline, complete command over…

Most prop guns are the latter, though gas actuated actions are often adjusted so they can cycle with blanks. This isn’t a concern for revolvers, which I’m assuming is the gun in question seeing as it’s a western.

Yeah i like how DC is throwing continuity out the window, but that only works cuz they never got the continuity aspects right. Until marvel stops getting it right, I hope they stick with the great characters and world theyve built. That’s probably the thing I’m most worried about with spider-man

Those shows had great casting, if nothing else.

The price is right if the most mediocre Corvette is your thing. But the complete lack of description gives me some pause. Very slightly no dice.

I liked this show more and more as it progressed.

I certainly love Taco Bell more than is sane or safe, but requesting “fish” from Taco Bell is a bridge too far.
