Do you know anything about her district?

I’m frankly surprised that she hasn’t pissed off someone bad enough to primary her.

Sadly because she still doesn’t understand that her being in a different party than Joe Biden, doesn’t mean that she can ignore the “Joe Biden” party and get stuff passed.

She barely won her primary (with a low turnout) and the district sure as shit wasn’t voting for the republican, I’d hardly say she was voted in to piss off every democrat that didn’t meet her personal purity test.

Nobody’s asking her to be a moderate, what people are saying is that she needs to learn to work with moderates.

The interviewer seems to spell it out in her first paragraph:

It would seem like a bad thing for your resume to have filed a criminal complaint against a 74 year old.

They are somewhat unclear in the CNN article, but it appears that the adult Stewart’s where on the correct list and this happened in entrance to the children’s side of the party, of which the non-adult Stewart’s were not on the list.
