Look I came here to slam Rob Bricken over at I-09 because I believe he never watched a show he was reviewing at anything less than twice it’s normal speed. The problem this caused was evident in the metric shit ton of things he routinely missed in his terrible reviews.

You have no idea of the mechanics of the injury and no jury is giving money to any Plaintiff that can’t prove injury. Juries are made up of people just like you and they don’t give shit without proof.

$40,000 was the damages award, the other $70,000 was the attorneys fees/costs. Reasonable attorney fees/costs was a requirement of MVSRA, which are clearly calculated at an hourly rate (presumably they originally had a contingency fee agreement with the Plaintiff).
